This dress is very fitted down through the hips yet I also felt very comfortable in it. Overall, the dress is a little heavy in weight due to the full ruffly skirt - but the skirt is the best part, in my opinion, Both elegant and really fun! I found the sweetheart neckline very flattering, even with having a small chest. The all-over embellishment on the bodice is a mix of crystals/beads of ivory and silver. I never thought I would love a dress with so much "bling." I think that this is well done and doesn't look cheap/trashy. The back dips into a soft V instead of straight across.
